| The Fort Lowell-Apache Chapter awards the medal to the outstanding Cadets participating in the JROTC program for each LET level (4 each) at Flowing Wells High School. The medal can be engraved on the back with appropriate information. |

The medals are available in Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper to allow your Chapter to annually present the outstanding ROTC Cadets in all four year groups. Each medal is ready for engraving. A standard ribbon is included with each medal. |
