   Just Announced:

The Fort Lowell-Apache Chapter, USAWOA,

Citation for Distinguished Service

The Fort Lowell-Apache Chapter awards the medal to the outstanding Cadets participating in the JROTC program for each LET level (4 each) at Flowing Wells High School.  The medal can be engraved on the back with appropriate information.

These beautiful medals feature a clutch back, a drape of the Official

Warrant Officer Corps Colors and finish with a molded USAWOA Crest

 

The medals are available in Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper

to allow your Chapter to annually present the outstanding

ROTC Cadets in all four year groups.  Each medal is ready for

engraving. A standard ribbon is included with each medal.

 

To order your ROTC medals,

    - Click on the electronic Fort Lowell-Apache Chapter order form shown to the right

    - Fill in the requested information

    - Print the form to your favorite printer

    - Mail the form along with a check for the total

      amount to the address shown on the form.
