Welcome to the 33rd Annual Meeting of the Members Registration Page

 This page provides information for registering and paying for the Main Meeting and the planned events and activities.  Please read the entire page before deciding on the method of registration and payment options.

This year, we offer our members 3 methods of registering: 

 (1) Drum roll please, for the first time, on-line registration and payment ;

  (2) An online form that can be filled-in, printed and mailed;

 (3) The traditional fill-in-and-mail-the-form in the Newsliner. 

UPDATE FOR TELEPHONE ONLY HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To make hotel reservations by telephone, the local Tucson Double Tree Hotel reservation number must be used:

520-881-4200

Remember to use Group/Convention Code UWO when registering to receive the $99.00/night rate.

If the national Double Tree Hotel reservation number is used, you will receive a message that says the hotel is SOLD OUT for the dates of the AMM 2005.

The Double Tree Hotel at Reid Park Tucson will provide FREE pickup from the airport to the hotel.

  They also will provide FREE pickup and return to the airport. 

When you arrive at the airport call the hotel at 881-4200 and they'll come and get you.

Option 1: 

Click USAWOA AMM 2005 OnLine Registration Site   to access the secure online registration and payment site.  Read the Welcome page for a few instructions.  The site is secured for credit card use as is the storage area for the registration database. We are accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Please note; you will enter most of your personal information 2 times.  The first time is for the meeting registration database, and the second time is for the billing information.  Do not use the on-line registration site if you do not want to use your credit card as payment for the registration and activities.  Use either Option 2 or 3 for checks or mail in credit card payments.

Option 2: 

Click to view the Electronic Fill-In-Print-And-Mail Registration Form.  Fill in the requested information, select the method of payment, print the form and mail it to the address shown at the bottom of the form.

Option 3: 

The paper form will be inserted into the Newsliner.  Fill-in the required information and method of payment and mail the form to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
